We have just returned home from a lovely week away in a brand new 6 berth Autotrail motorhome courtesy of Taunton Motorhome Hire. The motorhome was spotless and fully furnished with everything and more that we might need. Craig and Emma's handover service was thorough and we felt that, if we needed help, they would be there.

We had such a wonderful experience pretending that the T6 was ours for the weekend ☺️. It did not disappoint! We loved the convenience of the vans size for carrying out day to day chores whilst also being able to comfortably stay away from home. Just got back from a trip away in the 6 berth Swift Edge. What a fantastic van. We chose to visit a site for the majority of our hire, a pitch with electric hook up & then on the final night use the van completely independently in a pub car park. Everything worked so well and we had a very relaxing trip away.

As first time motorhomers we were grateful to Craig & Emma who took their time with us and showed us exactly how to use each part of the van. They are on hand 24/7 (fortunately we didn’t need to call!) but that’s reassuring should you need to ask a question or forget anything whilst you’re away. The added touches of fully stocked tea, coffee, sugar, cutlery, cooking utensils etc were all very much appreciated too.

We recently hired three motorhomes from Taunton Motorhome Hire for a 7-day family holiday, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Owners Craig and Emma provided outstanding service and high-quality motorhomes that made our trip truly memorable.

Booking and Handover:
From the initial booking process to the handover, everything was seamless. Craig and Emma were incredibly helpful, answering all our queries promptly and providing detailed information about the motorhomes and the rental process. The handover was thorough and professional, ensuring we felt confident and prepared for our journey.

The Motorhomes:
We rented three motorhomes: one for myself and my wife, one for our eldest daughter, her husband, and their two border terriers, and the third for our youngest daughter, her husband, and their children (Amelia aged 4 and Alfie aged 1). Each motorhome was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The layouts were perfect for our family groups, offering comfort, space, and functionality.

Customer Service:
Craig and Emma went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect. A standout moment was when Craig drove out to our campsite at Highlands End to replace a broken gas bottle piping. This level of dedication and customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Their commitment to ensuring our holiday went smoothly was evident in every interaction.

Experience on the Road:
The motorhomes were a joy to drive, with reliable performance and all the necessary features for a comfortable journey. We explored the beautiful N.Devon, Cornish and Dorset countryside with ease, knowing we had dependable vehicles. The well-equipped kitchens, comfortable sleeping areas, and spacious living quarters made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable.

Family and Pet-Friendly:
The motorhomes were perfect for our family setup. Our eldest daughter's motorhome accommodated her two border terriers comfortably, with plenty of space for them to relax. Our youngest daughter’s motorhome was ideal for her young children, with safe and comfortable sleeping arrangements for both Amelia and Alfie.

Overall Experience:
Our 7-day motorhome holiday was an amazing experience, made even better by the excellent service from Taunton Motorhome Hire. Craig and Emma's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. We had a fantastic time exploring South West England, creating wonderful family memories, and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience.

We hired the VW T6 campervan to drive the west coast of Scotland, 2 people and 1 dog for a week.

The campervan was fantastic, it has everything you need packed into a well equipped and organised space. Also a great size for driving such narrow and winding roads at times!

We hired a Motorhome for a week and travelled around Wales. This was our first time in a Motorhome, Emma and Craig were very helpful from the start, responded quickly to any queries we had.
